We accept a wide range of payment options from Paypal, Credit Card Payments, Cash or other money or bank transfers.  For closet subscription though, we only accept credit card and/or Paypal.

The standard is a 4-day period for rental but we can have a customized plan should the client need a longer duration.

It is allowed on a conditional basis on selected pieces.  There is also a wide range of sizes available in our showroom so there will definitely a lot of choices that can fit various body types and sizes.

We accept a wide range of brands for purchase.  For bags, we accept Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, Goyard, Fendi, Prada, Celine, Balenciaga, and Givenchy.  For watches, we accept Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Hublot, IWC, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille.  For all other brands, purchase is conditional depending on the style and condition.

The online catalog via mobile app is a proprietary service and a benefit extended to all of our closet subscribers.  This service is co-terminus with the subscription.

Our standard practice is that we are putting all the clothes/apparel/gowns in hanger in our big closets in order to preserve their shape and form.  However, should the client wish to put them in boxes to maximize storage, that can also be done.  We can provide boxes to clients upon request.

We can store all fashion items/apparel/gowns and shoes.  Should you wish to store other items in the closet, we can also accommodate as long as it can fit the rented space.  

Flammable items/fire hazard items, prohibited items and heavy equipments are not allowed to be stored in the closet facilities.
