Terms and Conditions

CLOSET RENTAL

1. My Closet Manager accepts all items (not necessarily fashion items) for 

storage that can fit within the specified closet space rented provided they are 

not:

a. Flammable/fire hazard

b. Prohibited/sensitive items

c. Heavy Equipment

My Closet Manager will be executing due diligence in screening but will not be 

liable for any damages/issues arising out of these.

2.Production lead time for online catalog is within 30 days after subscription. Log-on credentials will be sent out to client once it is completed and ready to be viewed. The online catalog via mobile app is co-terminus to the subscription period of client with My Closet Manager. 

3. With the online catalog, we will provide the following information: (a) Category of the Item and (b) SKU Code. You can use this information to select item/s you want to pull-out.

4. Pull-out of items can be done upon client’s request (3 pull-outs per month for 

regular subscription and unlimited pull-outs for Suite Subscription). It is free for 

pick-up at our showroom location but there is a minimal charge for delivery of 

items to client’s location. 

5.Minimum duration of subscription is 1 month until client’s termination notice. Notice should be given via email ([email protected]) 30 days before the termination effectivity date.  

6. Subscription terminated within the promotional period will be subject to the specific terms and condition of the promo availed.  Corresponding production, transportation fees and service charges will be applied.

7. There will be a corresponding charge for pick-up and delivery of items (depending on the distance and weight of items).   Pull-out of items in the showroom (within allowable limits) is free of charge.

8.Clients should declare the approximate value of items to be stored in My Closet Manager’s facility for it to be eligible for insurance claims in case of loss, damage due to force majeure. Additional insurance coverage should the items exceed P100,000 per closet unit should be at the expense of the client,

CASH-IN SERVICES

1.  My Closet Manager accepts the following luxury brands for outright purchase:

a. Bags (Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Chanel, Dior, Gucci, Goyard)

b. Watches (Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Hublot, IWC, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille)

*For all other brands, purchase is conditional depending on the style and condition.

2.  We can give estimated quotation based on photos but the items should be presented in our showroom for authentication and valuation. The company might require up to 2 days to provide a finalized quotation.

3. Payout will be within 1 day after we got buy-out confirmation from clients.

4. My Client Manager reserves the right to choose which items will be quoted and purchased depending on their condition.

5. Once the item/s is/are completely paid, the transaction is deemed final and closed.

RENTING OUT GOWNS

1. My Closet Manager accepts all international and local gowns and luxury apparels for rent.

2. My Closet Manager reserves the right to screen items to be accepted in the showroom depending on the quality and style that are relevant to the company's existing clientele demand.

3.  Once the item/s is/are accepted, My Closet Manager will insure all items collected based on current value subject to standard depreciation.

4.  The owner of the apparel/gown agrees to the prevailing net revenue share (after deductions such as  dry cleaning, insurance and basic upkeep).

5.  My Closet Manager will be in-charge of the basic maintenance and upkeep of clothing/garments. Damages or changes in the clothing/garments as a result of normal wear and tear will not be part of the company's liability.

GOWNS FOR RENTAL

1. Client is eligible to have items/s for 4 days starting on the day of delivery/pick-up of garment/item.

2.  Refund can only be issued if there is a quality issue with the item rented out.

3. All items are dry-cleaned and guaranteed to be 100% hygienic.  We are taking care of all the garments to ensure that the pieces are restored in their pristine and brand new condition.

4.  The item/s is/are expected to be returned in good condition.  If the item come damaged, we will be charing client an amount commensurate to it.  In case of loss, client will be asked to pay the prevailing value of the item rented (subject to depreciation).

5. A security deposit of P10,000 will be collected for items with SRP value of P50,000 and above.
