We welcome all luxury watches and designer bags but these brands are preferred-Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, Goyard, Fendi, Prada, Celine, Balenciaga, and Givenchy. For watches, we accept Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Hublot, IWC, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille. For accurate pricing, it is encouraged for them to be presented in our showroom but you can also send photos to us via email.

Based on the item presented or the photos submitted, we will be doing a through assessment of the item. We will also be doing research on prevailing market rate to give you the best possible quotation as much as possible.

Within 4-7 business days, we will be submitting a quotation reflecting the market rate of the item and the value that we are willing to pay for the item which is commensurate to its state and condition.

For items that were not presented to us physically, we can only submit a price range subject to change depending on the actual condition. It has to presented to us physically, before we proceed with the final quote. You can schedule showroom delivery for this. Pick-up can be arranged via a call.

Review and approve the quotation presented. You have to send us an email to formally proceed with the process.

Once we receive the confirmation, we can process the payment to be transferred directly to the bank account provided to us. It normally takes 1-2 days(for local offers) and 4-7 days(for international offers) for this whole pay-out process.
